Singapore day tours: these are booked with and run by Trailsurfers directly.

International tours: your booking and contract are made directly with our local tour operator partner in the destination country. Trailsurfers acts only as a sales agent to help you find and select your trip. We are not a travel agency, we do not take or handle your payments, and we are not legally responsible for the operation of the tour itself. All payments are made directly to the local partner under their booking terms.

International tours are subject to availability and confirmation by the local partner, who sets the deposit, payment schedule and currency. Please refer to the tour brochure or web page for the terms that apply to your trip.

Tour prices are quoted per person and are based on the inclusions listed on the specific tour page. Unless otherwise stated, international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are not included.

Singapore day tours: just give us at least 24 hours' notice.

International tours: payment and cancellation terms are set and strictly enforced by the local partner, and vary by destination. Please refer to the tour brochure or web page for the exact terms. We strongly recommend comprehensive trip cancellation insurance.

A tour may be cancelled, rescheduled or modified due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our or our partners' control. For international tours, any transfer, credit or refund is handled by the local partner under their booking terms.

Neither Trailsurfers nor our partners are responsible for additional expenses you may incur as a result of cancellation or changes, such as flights or personal arrangements.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability and loss or damage to personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the tour. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your participation. You must follow the instructions of our guides and local partners at all times.

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations for your destination.

Mountain biking involves inherent risks. Trailsurfers, its guides, partners and affiliates accept no liability for personal injury, illness, death, property damage or loss sustained during a tour, except where caused by our proven negligence.

By joining a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

We may take photographs and videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
